About Us
Fran is a multitasking lady, balancing motherhood, marriage and doing what she loves best. Her passion lies in health & fitness. She has always exercised and loved the high afterwards from the endorphins that were released while she was exercising. Once she discovered Barre in South Africa, there was no turning back. Fran was doing barre 3-4 times a week and never felt better.
When arriving in Israel she was determined to bring Barre to Ranana as there was nothing like it. After many hours with an instructing company in London she was good to go and instruct. With that, BEYOND THE BARRE began. Fran truly believes in Barre and has watched the transformation of many bodies.
Barre will help you build and strengthen your muscles, your pelvic muscles, improve your core, your posture and your balance. It will decrease your risk of injury and will improve your bone density as well as your mind-body connection. You will always walk out of a class smiling and feeling amazing! The classes focus on core engagement and lumber spine alignment.
Fran says what is important to know about Barre is that it engages your muscles that you would never normally target. Lastly, she says Barre is more than just a fitness routine, you will improve muscular endurance aswell as muscular strength.
